So now my blog is changing and I will be posting all kinds of “stuff” including food that I like to cook - starting with garlic prawns, rice and Edamame beans (dinner tonight - and I will need to take clearer photos), and my thoughts, which I hope will stay mainly positive, but may stray somewhat from that aim.
Call it bored or self indulgent, but yes, it is purely about me, and what I like.
The interests will evolve over time and it will be a record of my “transition” from what has been a life of caring more for others than for myself, (and no, I do not regret a moment of that time), but hopefully it is a time to lean towards my creativity which over the past years has been relegated to the deep dark recesses of my mind. And for that I do not apologise. It is long overdue. So if anyone happens to read through my blog, please be kind and give me only positive/ constructive feedback. Thank you.
